oh man, seeing so many friends in Manchester is just so amazing.....do appreciate these photos i took, not many of them, but mean a lot to me......

short and nice trip.....but i dont like that city...hehe...

1st week was really great,had a lot of "1st time" try in my medical life....the operation and the normal delivery are the highlights......did drew blood and Hgb test today....pretty easy but help building up my confidence as well......lectures and  practical sessions on infertility also very helpful....hope to see more cases.....if i am not mistaken, next week has a laporoscopy and caeserean......very looking forward to see all these..and all the patient's follow up.....still couldnt remember all the nurses' name....thank you them, all the nice ladies........

26/7 is a very memorable day to me....i delivered a chinese baby in the OT at about 12.15pm....even though was under the supervision of Dr Singh, but being the co-surgeon is already a brand new and exciting experience for me...patient anaesthetized by using macaine through the L3 space, pelvic and lower limbs are desensitized.i could not imagine the patient was concious throughout the whole Low Segment Caesarian Section...amazing technique...........and writing the first surgery report is also exciting enough...pls allow me to re-write it here:

 

Opened abd in layers, baby was delivered in breech position at 9o'clock,placental membrane is complete, uterus is repaired, both tubes and ovaries are checked and healthy, abd wall is repaired in layers.

 

first time observing surgery was excited, first time doing surgery is also excited....thank you Dr Singh, Dr Badrul, Sister Yosoda, Sister Halima and Sister Wee....

 

no photo....but nvm....there are all in my mind.....hehe.......

finally finished setting the wireless network in factory and my house.....learnt something new and understood networking better......

when a man turns into a patient, he really feel helpless....doctors and nurses are the strong hands holding them from falling.......and i wan to be one of them.........
